NEW HUT RULES
|
Following a recent committee meeting, we have
decided to implement the BMC's draft policy on Child Protection.
Note that the BMC Child Protection Policy has
now been issued and is much less restrictive than the original draft
policy. Basically parents and relatives can take their children to the hut
. However both the adults responsible for the children and the
children should be aware of the sleeping arrangements at the hut; that it is
a single sleeping area.

The normal time of 1845 for about a 1900 start. Every one is welcome to
park on the loose stone driveway up to the conifer tree and there is extra
parking in a car park if you turn down past his garage (white garage
door with a black golf in front of it ). If everyone brings their bikes
into the back garden through the gate next to the garage door then we can
leave when the last person arrives.
Pizza, beer and cake will be the recovery fuel when we get back!!!

Hello all
There is a last minute spare place on the Alps
bike meet - leaving on 17th July with Max. If someone wants to go, but
prefers to climb, Max is happy to climb instead, except for the big
cycle ride of doom on one of the days which he wants to do because he
likes pain and torture.
